By accessing or using TradePulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradePulse is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track, analyse and improve their performance. Depending on your plan, the Service includes automatic trade importing from supported platforms (cTrader via read-only OAuth; MetaTrader 5 via the read-only investor password), statement file import, analytics dashboards, an equity curve, a P&L calendar, performance reports, risk alerts (Account Guardian) and AI-generated insights.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Paid features require a subscription, processed securely by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. After checkout your plan activates automatically, and subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. The Pro plan includes one 7-day free trial per account: card details are taken at checkout, but nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Certain features that run on paid infrastructure, such as MetaTrader 5 auto-sync, activate with your first successful payment rather than during the trial, as described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via support, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all data you import or enter into TradePulse. Platform connections are read-only: the Service can import your trading history but can never place, modify or close trades or move funds. We do not sell or share your trading data with third parties. You may disconnect a platform, export your data, or delete your account and data at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operations, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
TradePulse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading decisions made based on information displayed in the platform. The Service is an analytics tool and does not provide financial advice.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
